Copilot / Organism / Galaxy / Worlds / Swarm / Opportunities / Learning. Target architecture: the visual experience is a projection over governed state, not a parallel control plane.
Status: Architecture candidate Git-custodied Not a live runtime claim
5,150 is a historical logical-agent design target from the recovered donor estate, never live sessions. The same applies to the 10,000-agent donor figure. This demo shows those numbers only as an archive/capacity badge. Live swarm size in this blueprint is always 0..N ephemeral worker leases read from Workers/Switchboard state, never a donor capacity figure. The source is explicit: do not run 5,150 always-on agents, and do not draw donor capacity as current-active state.
The recovered swarm material should not be rebuilt as a separate SREIC swarm platform, a second assistant, or a new central orchestrator. Its value is that it supplies a rich domain operating model, swarm decomposition patterns, PMLA/context concepts, cross-domain research patterns, economic feedback ideas, and a highly visual operator experience. The modern Neuruh estate already owns the infrastructure that should execute those ideas.
Build the spectacular visual system on top of the infrastructure that is already built and proven. Research Swarm supplies discovery and capability harvest. Presence supplies the Copilot experience. Cockpit/Galaxy supplies the truth-backed visual read model. Worlds compose shared organs. Workers/Switchboard supply real swarm state. Governance/Sentinel/HONEY preserve authority and custody. Spatial Host supplies 3D. Nothing becomes live by being drawn.
One living visual organism: ask the Copilot what matters; see the organism and its real health; traverse Galaxy; enter a World; inspect an Opportunity; watch a mission fan into bounded workers; see Governance gates, receipts, Sentinel court and Git custody; observe the real-world outcome; see calibration and learning; then inspect Research Swarm for the next capability being harvested.
| Classification | Ruling |
|---|---|
| Proven source | Original donor binaries now recovered in Library and hashed; current Git/Notion owners inspected. |
| Proven current source | Cockpit, Presence/LARIC, world registry, organism manifest, Worlds canon, visual atlas, Workers/Governance/Outcome ownership exist in current sources. |
| Candidate | Research Swarm PR #8, AXON Context MUX PR #6, Atomic taxonomy PR #1, this integration contract. |
| Unwired | World Emitter remains explicitly unwired in current Cockpit ownership; do not draw it as active. |
| Not live-proven | End-to-end clipboard-free auto-Sentinel/result-ingest remains open in current topology. |
| Donor / historical | 5,150 / 10,000-agent figures, old dashboard revenue, legion execution and aggressive automation claims. |
Source claim: classifications above are the source document's own rulings, not independently verified facts.
This integration is grounded in both the recovered donor estate and current Neuruh source/canon. The original source binaries are preserved separately; Git stores their exact custody manifest and the derived architecture rather than pretending binary presence proves runtime behavior. Derived companion blueprints already preserved include the SREIC master blueprint and the Research Swarm recovery/handoff. This document converges those with the current Copilot/Organism/Worlds/visual topology rather than replacing them.

Anti-loss rule (source): Originals remain immutable source artifacts. Every derivative records source filename + SHA. Git holds the source-custody manifest. The user-facing archive bundles originals and derivatives together so this work cannot disappear into chat history.

Deck imagery and a visual architecture plate. Many displayed metrics/events are simulated or hardcoded; they must be replaced with real Neuruh read models before use.
Source claim: the recovered visual donor is useful as aesthetic/interaction lineage only. The old domination/legion labels and metrics are not current runtime truth.
The current topology already contains the exact separation the donor was reaching toward: shared substrate, bounded roles, event-driven work, authority, independent court, durable custody, outcome learning, and domain Worlds. The integration job is to expose these as one coherent visual operating system.
| System | Canonical function | Visual integration role | Do not confuse with |
|---|---|---|---|
| Presence / LARIC | Governed conversational presence and context compiler | Copilot shell; scoped skin; conversational navigation/mission proposals | New assistant backend |
| Cockpit | Founder/operator projection | Main visual command shell | Source of runtime truth |
| Galaxy Live | Relationship/lineage graph | Dependencies, evidence, contradictions, object relationships | Invented graph edges |
| Client Galaxy | Tenant-scoped graph | World/product/client projection | Cross-tenant shared state |

| Spatial Host / R3F | Spatial visualization | 3D organism/world/swarm renderer | State owner |
Do not collapse counts. The current canon distinguishes a 24-node intended Cockpit organism manifest from a narrower 17+1 supervised SOPS acceptance surface. Historical 5,150/10,000-agent figures are a third category: donor logical capacity. The interface must show these separately.
Copilot should be a role-aware skin over Presence/LARIC and Cockpit. Current source already demonstrates that the same Presence runtime can present different tenant/operator skins without code forks. That is the leverage point.
Copilot request flow (source): COPILOT REQUEST → context compiler (World + actor + mission + evidence frontier) → BOB / Founder Runtime mission compile → Governance intent classification → Workers / Switchboard → receipts + visible trace → Copilot explains result from durable state.
A World is a manifest that composes shared organs and domain-specific contracts. Real Estate / SREIC is World 1. A World should be reproducible from references to shared organs plus domain overlays. A World may have distinct sources, recipes, policies, projections, terminology and product promises. It should not carry another generic router, memory system, governance engine or receipt format.
neuruh.world.v1 fields: world_id, name, thesis, owner, lifecycle, source_manifest_refs[], organ_refs[], capability_refs[], source_adapters[], recipes[], policy_overlay, allowed_action_classes[], projection_routes[], copilot_skin, spatial_adapter, evidence_contract, event_contract, outcome_contract, source_refs[], runtime_refs[], unverified[], acceptance_evidence[].
Convergence gate (source): This is a contract candidate, not permission to create a fourth World schema. JGI/LARIC first compare current World registry, public WORLD_MANIFEST, UPL/World Emitter contracts and Cockpit world-registry. Extend the strongest owner; create only irreducible residue.
The SREIC donor is most valuable when treated as a domain operating blueprint layered over the existing real-estate stack. The system can preserve the recognizable acquisition/capital/development/exit/intelligence mental model while replacing unsafe or fictional execution with current governed owners.
SEE THE MARKET → FIND HIDDEN VALUE → PROVE THE SIGNAL → RESOLVE PROPERTY + ENTITY → CREATE OPPORTUNITY → RUN MULTI-STRATEGY UNDERWRITING → RANK ECONOMIC ROUTES → GOVERN ACTION → EXECUTE / DELIVER → CREATE / OPERATE / EXIT VALUE → RECORD OUTCOME → ATTRIBUTE + CALIBRATE → LEARN → REPEAT
Source claim: legion names are historical donor labels. Their modern value is capability composition, not permanent units.
Do not run thousands of permanent model personalities. Treat swarm size as an elastic execution plan. BOB compiles the work. Workers lease bounded units. Role/capability registries describe what each worker can do. Switchboard preserves transitions. Completed branches seal receipts and court as required.
Enter live worker-lease counts from Workers/Switchboard state. The calculator keeps the three count classes separate and shows live leases only as a small fraction of the historical 5,150 donor capacity figure.
| Count class | Meaning | How to display |
|---|---|---|
| 12 persistent operator roles | Human-facing role constitution layer | Fleet/operator strip; role availability, not active task count. |
| 24-node organism manifest | Intended topology inventory | Organism view; lifecycle + source + expected state. |
| 17+1 SOPS acceptance surface | Supervised operational acceptance scope | Runtime health view. |
| 0..N worker leases | Actual active/queued ephemeral mission work | Swarm view; exact active/queued/blocked/court counts. |
| 5,150 / 10,000 donor figures | Historical logical capacity identity | Archive/capacity badge only; never current-active metric. |
The visual system should be a read-model compiler: normalize current source/runtime/receipt/outcome state into view models, then let multiple renderers consume it. The read model is allowed to simplify for comprehension; it is not allowed to manufacture status. One read-only projection compiler feeds 2D Cockpit, 3D Spatial Host and Copilot.
| Spatial mode | Visual grammar | Truth source |
|---|---|---|
| Organism constellation | Organs as persistent bodies; links as dependencies; pulse as observed event | Organism manifest + health/receipt read model |
| Galaxy | Relationship graph with evidence handles and contradiction bands | Galaxy / Vault / Evidence Ledger |
| World terrain | World-specific geography/topology and capability zones | World manifest + domain adapters |
| SREIC battlespace | Parcel/property/opportunity clusters + mission overlays | LandOS/DeedSonar/opportunity data |
| Swarm lattice | Mission DAG and worker leases moving through gates | Workers/Switchboard/receipts |
| Evidence trace | Persistent luminous trail from source to action to outcome | Evidence/receipt/outcome refs |
| Learning layer | Forecast/outcome divergence and promoted/rejected proposals | Calibration/LUP/canary state |
The fastest route to a living system is not a new frontend first. It is a stable, read-only event/view vocabulary that lets Cockpit, Spatial Host and Copilot tell the same story from the same evidence.
neuruh.visual-event.v1: event_id, occurred_at, source_system, mission_id, parent_mission_id, world_id, object_type, object_id, event_type, previous_state, new_state, truth_class, receipt_ref, evidence_refs[], authority_ref, visual_hint (non-authoritative).
The renderer may display and animate an event. It may not create the event, infer authority from it, or translate a pretty transition into done.
The biggest architecture improvement is to stop organizing the visual system around chats or generic tasks. An Opportunity can carry a source-backed thesis from signal through strategy, mission, outcome and learning across any World.
Opportunity chain (source): SIGNAL → EVIDENCE → ENTITY → OPPORTUNITY → ALTERNATIVES → EXPECTED VALUE + UNCERTAINTY → MISSION → GOVERNED ACTION → OUTCOME → ATTRIBUTION → CALIBRATION
| Panel | Shows |
|---|---|
| Evidence | Source handles, freshness, contradictions, missing evidence. |
| Identity | Property/company/person/entity resolution and confidence. |
| Recipes | Independent recipe matches/no-match/unknown with versioned evidence. |
| Strategies | Buy / sell / partner / modernize / research / reject / other World-specific alternatives. |
| Economics | Expected value, costs, time-to-cash, uncertainty, capacity requirements. |
| Authority | What requires founder/professional/Governance approval. |
| Mission | Current workers, receipts, court, Git/runtime state. |
| Outcome | What actually occurred and attribution strength. |
The recovered Economic Guardian is best implemented as a converged economic evidence/control seam, not another agent. A cost/outcome ledger can feed RICHIE and Governance while Cockpit visualizes budget and risk. Cost events by mission/tool/provider. Budget and threshold references. Attributable outcome/revenue/value with evidence class. Rolling cost-per-result / ROI where mathematically valid. HALT / ESCALATE recommendation; Governance decides. No synthetic revenue or expected value rendered as cash received.
Research Swarm and the learning spine serve different roles. Research Swarm discovers and proposes. Outcome/calibration learns from what actually happened. The connection is where the system begins to improve without becoming self-authorizing.
| Loop | Function | Output |
|---|---|---|
| Research archaeology | Recover prior IP, external research and donor assets | Owner/residue/collision classifications |
| Hypothesis generation | Form a testable capability/strategy claim | Bounded research/build mission |
| Execution | Run through existing Workers/Governance | Receipts + outcome |
| Calibration | Compare forecast vs observed result | Calibration record |
| Founder override learning | Capture why operator overruled system | Structured override evidence |
| Learning proposal | Aggregate evidence into proposed change | Versioned LUP; cannot apply itself |
| N-Lab/canary | Test proposed change safely | Court/evaluation evidence |
| Promotion | Governed decision | Versioned state change or rejection |
Exact chain (V2, section 25): Outcome → 017 calibration ledger → 019 Learning Update Proposal (LUP) → N-Lab evaluation → canary → Promotion Gate → revision receipt. A founder override should create an evidence-bearing override/decision record that may feed a Learning Update Proposal. It must not silently rewrite policy.
The recovered ZIP already gives us a visual vocabulary. The shortest path is a component-harvest mission against Cockpit/Spatial Host: preserve distinctive interactions and 3D language, throw away simulated metrics and unsafe commands, and bind every surviving component to current read models.
Visual signature to preserve (source): Biological-architectural depth, spatial constellation, map/radar logic, 3D role glyphs, live traces, dark operational depth, restrained earned illumination. The UI should feel like an organism being observed, not a SaaS admin template. This demo renders that signature in the light editorial document style required for this build, with the same spatial grammar in SVG figures.
The historical Neuruh World Engine already articulated the right abstraction: data adapter to spatial layout to render layer. Current Cockpit source says reuse the existing spatial host/R3F rather than rebuild it. The 3D system should therefore consume the same read model as the 2D Cockpit.

The correct Notion approach is small cross-links/amendments into existing owners, not a new parallel notebook. The connector was asked to insert the first amendment during this pass but returned an internal write failure twice, so this document does not claim Notion was changed. Current Notion status: WRITE NOT PROVEN. Two targeted insert attempts returned connector internal errors. Git/Vault is therefore the durable current custody. Retry Notion only as a small projection update when the connector/workspace accepts writes; do not recreate the material manually in a new page.
Canonical owners needing amendment: Execution Topology Canon (Research Swarm/Copilot/Worlds placement + Git PR pointer); Chapter 22 Worlds (World composition + Copilot/Research Swarm relationship); Chapter 37 Visual Atlas (candidate new overlay views without falsifying the existing 25-plate canon); Chapter 39 Source/Runtime/Receipt (add Research Swarm and visual projection rows after contract ownership is ruled); Neuruh World Engine IP entry (record historical donor to Spatial Host/World projection ruling).
A system is visually integrated only when a user can move between Organism, Galaxy, World, Opportunity, Swarm, Proof and Learning views while preserving the same object identity, mission identity, authority state and evidence references. Shared colors alone are not integration.

Research Swarm README and files 08-10 in Vault PR #8. Current Execution Topology Canon. Chapter 22 Worlds. Chapter 37 Visual Atlas. Chapter 39 Source to Runtime to Receipt to Consumer. Cockpit presence-runtime world-registry and OWNERSHIP.md. Current Workers/Switchboard contracts before inventing visual events.
First build-session objective (source): Produce a field-level comparison of the donor/Kimi/SREIC visual and World requirements against the current Cockpit neuruh.spatial-organism.v4, neuruh.operating-model.v1, Workers/Switchboard mission/receipt contracts, Opportunity Case, N-Cell/effective-state and World Emitter specs. The output is an adapter/extension plan, not a new schema by default. Do not write UI first. The first accepted code change should be a read-only adapter/contract extension into Cockpit, not a new visual shell.
Correction (source): the V1 direction was sound, but it treated several already-built Neuruh subsystems as future concepts and compressed major donor residue. V2 makes current owners the foundation. The first blueprint was missing substantial integration depth. The problem was not simply more features. It failed to distinguish three different categories: systems already built and therefore requiring extension; existing lineages that needed binding; and historical donor concepts that still require a present-owner court. This supplement corrects all three.
| Gap class | What V1 did | V2 ruling |
|---|---|---|
| ALREADY BUILT / UNDERSTATED | Described as future or candidate architecture. | Extend the current owner and contract; do not create a new service. |
| EXISTING LINEAGE / UNDER-INTEGRATED | Mentioned indirectly or not mapped into the end-to-end loop. | Bind the lineage into current owner(s) with provenance. |
| DONOR RESIDUE / OVER-COMPRESSED | Collapsed into research or omitted. | Preserve, classify, test, then transplant only unique residue. |
| HISTORICAL ANTI-PATTERN | Impressive donor behavior could be mistaken for target behavior. | Retain for lineage/red-team only; never grant modern authority. |
V2 completion ruling (source): The larger Neuruh system should not be described as a swarm dashboard attached to an organism. The swarm is one elastic execution expression inside a much larger evidence/state/capability/World/learning architecture. The visual product is Cockpit/Spatial Organism enriched by all of those existing contracts.
V1 proposed a read-model/event layer as if it had to be invented. Current Cockpit source already contains most of it. This changes the implementation program materially: the job is to extend and enrich an existing truth-backed spatial dataset, not build another visualization state service. Spatial Organism V4 and the older rich organism visualization are implementation lineage, not mockups. Founder Command Stage A/B already carried focus/mission layout and mobile/compact behavior. The known stripped/minimal view was a regression/partial projection; the canonical recovery law is DO NOT BUILD COCKPIT V2 and DO NOT BUILD ANOTHER GALAXY. Existing adapters already cover Galaxy, Continuity, Qdrant, Vault, DATUM, LandOS, UnderwriteX, Governance and Laric mission context.
V2 build rule: Before adding any visual-event schema, compare the donor field to organism-dataset.js, operating-model.js, flow trace, mission projection, receipts and current World objects. Extend only what is truly absent.
| Current capability | Proven current owner | V2 use |
|---|---|---|
| Spatial dataset schema | Cockpit: neuruh.spatial-organism.v4 | Primary 2D/3D spatial truth projection. |
| 2D / 3D host | cockpit/spatial-host | Render the same dataset; renderer owns no facts. |
| Zoom | L0 / L1 / L2 / L3 operating model | Navigate organism to World to mission/opportunity to evidence. |
| Modes | organization / focus / mission / learning | Become primary operator lenses rather than new pages. |
| World filtering | operating-model world filter | World Copilot + World spatial mode. |
| Time continuity | atTime + event/receipt trace | Historical topology/time travel with N-Cell/revision inputs. |
| Mission continuity | missionId + mission trace | Swarm DAG and case continuity. |
| Object vocabulary | WORLD / MISSION / ORGAN / OPPORTUNITY / OUTCOME / LEARNING / EVIDENCE | Use existing kinds before defining new ones. |
| Degraded fallback | 2D Command survives renderer failure | 3D is projection, never operational dependency. |
V1 described World Emitter as a later wiring task. That understated what is already implemented. The current World Emitter is a real multi-tenant, white-label, Notion/Vault-driven world projection engine with seed, refresh, batch and publish-queue behavior. Factory already supplies the governed build/evaluation lane. Real Estate/SREIC is not only a Cockpit view. It should have a World spec, capability references, policy overlay, product/client projections and World-level outcome contract. Once the same machinery creates a second World without copying the substrate, Neuruh has a real generality proof.
World Factory tape (source): GALAXY / CANONICAL NODE → WORLD SPEC (VAULT) → FACTORY CONTRACT / REUSE / EVALUATION → WORLD EMITTER: seed / tenantize / theme / build → LOCAL PREVIEW → SENTINEL + PUBLIC PROOF + POLICY → PROMOTION AUTHORITY → CLIENT / PUBLIC WORLD
The first blueprint largely omitted the state/revision machinery that makes a living visual system trustworthy. These components should be first-class inputs to Cockpit rather than invisible backend details. New visual layers this unlocks: CURRENT vs CANDIDATE vs EFFECTIVE vs RUNTIME overlays; at-time reconstruction of topology and mission state; drift heatmap (what the system expected vs what providers actually show); why-this-state drawer (evidence to reconciliation to revision to effective state); rollback and supersession lineage visible without flattening history.
| Primitive / owner | Role in V2 | Must not become |
|---|---|---|
| N-Cell | Topology fingerprints, authority certificates, provenance-bound state, compare/replay-prepare, outcome association. | Scheduler or governance brain. |
| UPL | Structural/temporal observation and cross-World pattern lens. | Execution authority. |
| Evidence Ledger | Evidence custody and references. | Truth inference by itself. |
| Lifecycle State Ledger | Lifecycle transitions and current-state evidence. | UI-local status store. |
| State Drift Ledger | Observed divergence between expected/effective/runtime states. | Automatic repair authority. |
| State Attestation | Content-bound observed-state attestation. | Provider truth replacement. |
| Reconciliation Proposal/Receipt | Explicit resolution candidate + evidence. | Silent canonical rewrite. |
| Revision Ledger/Receipt | Authorized canonical change history. | Chat memory. |
| Effective Canonical Resolver | Computes effective state from approved revisions. | New source-of-truth DB. |
| Policy / Promotion / Canary | Controls proposed changes and bounded rollout. | Self-evolution switch. |
Historical legions should not survive as permanent infrastructure units. Their useful boundary is capability composition. Current registries give Neuruh a cleaner way to express this. Proton/Neutron/Electron should remain registry metadata describing logic, state/stability and external execution characteristics. It must not create a second orchestration or authority system.
Donor residue path (source): RESEARCH / DONOR RESIDUE → CAPABILITY DECOMPOSITION (ESTATE OFFICE) → CAPABILITY REGISTRY + ATOMIC CLASSIFICATION → WORLD REFERENCES CAPABILITY → MISSION REQUESTS CAPABILITY → WORKER LEASES PROVIDER / TOOL / MODEL → OUTCOME CALIBRATES CAPABILITY → FACTORY/N-LAB EVALUATES CANDIDATE CHANGE
Research Swarm should not become a second archaeology/custody system. Estate Office already owns technical/IP estate classification. Research Swarm begins after custody/identity or calls Estate Office when identity is unresolved. The donor AutonomousDirector contained a useful file/document intake capability: directory monitoring, hash dedupe, classification, entity/opportunity extraction and research routing. That should be implemented only as a bounded intake adapter feeding Estate Office/Research Swarm/Vault, not as a new central director.
| Stage | Owner | Question |
|---|---|---|
| Capture / identity | Estate Office | What exact file/repo/artifact is this? |
| IP / public-private classification | Estate Office | May it be exposed, copied, published or cleanly extracted? |
| Duplicate / collision | Estate Office + LARIC | Does a current canonical owner already exist? |
| Research / comparison | Research Swarm | What is unique, valuable, false, unsafe or obsolete? |
| Capability disposition | JGI + Capability owner | Where should residue land? |
| Build | PRIME / Factory | What bounded implementation is actually needed? |
| Court / custody | Sentinel + HONEY | Did the candidate meet its contract and exact identity? |
The donor cross-domain signal scanner was not isolated invention. Neuruh already has substantial signal/discovery lineage. V2 joins those historical sources to the modern Evidence to Opportunity to Mission path rather than starting another signal database.
| Lineage | Unique residue | Modern disposition |
|---|---|---|
| Signal Vault | voice/bookmark/screenshot/raw-idea intake + rank/file workflow | Input/capture adapter; compare current custody before activation. |
| Automated Signal Scraper | news/community/GitHub/product signal collection | Source adapters / Field Scout profile; lawful-source/freshness contract. |
| Signal IQ / IntelHub | multi-feed intelligence, topics/entities/alerts | External intelligence worker/profile, not central truth store. |
| SAL / convergence | N noisy streams to scored convergence | Opportunity evidence/convergence method; weights must be calibrated. |
| Demand Radar | fit x intent x trigger x timing x value x reachability minus risk | RICHIE + Recipe/domain worker + Outcome calibration. |
| Discovery Adapter / FHUND | source-backed discovery + signal-field visual grammar | Research/World source adapter + Cockpit visual harvest. |
Signal path (source): RAW SOURCE → SOURCE / LAWFULNESS / FRESHNESS EVIDENCE → SIGNAL → ENTITY / IDENTITY → OPPORTUNITY GENOME / CASE → RECIPE ELIGIBILITY + UNKNOWN / NEXT-BEST-EVIDENCE → RICHIE PRIORITY → BOB MISSION → GOVERNED ACTION / OUTCOME / CALIBRATION
Source formula (Table 46): score = fit x intent x trigger x timing x value x reachability - risk. Each factor is scored 0 to 10, so the maximum product is 1,000,000. Risk is subtracted in the same points. Weights must be calibrated against outcomes; an uncalibrated score is a research ranking, not a value claim.
The donor security and autonomy layers were underrepresented. Their strongest modern value is not a separate Constitutional Guardian. It is a tighter security perimeter, input quarantine, tenant isolation and evidence-earned autonomy policy over the existing Governance stack.
| Recovered concern | Modern owner / action | State |
|---|---|---|
| Prompt injection | Semantic/input safety + Governance + quarantine evidence | ABSORB / harden |
| Cross-tenant leakage | actor/tenant contracts + RLS + client-world court | CURRENT CONTROL + recourt |
| Sybil / identity abuse | identity/security contract where relevant | RESEARCH / domain-specific |
| Secrets / rotation | provider/secret owner; never donor credential reuse | CURRENT SECURITY LAW |
| Zero Trust / device posture | current perimeter/infrastructure owner after fresh comparison | DONOR / RE-COURT |
| Economic kill switch | RICHIE + cost/outcome evidence + Governance | HIGH-VALUE RESIDUE |
| Autonomy dial | Governance policy by action/risk/reversibility/evidence | HIGH-VALUE RESIDUE |
| Trust calibration | Outcome history to recommended autonomy ceiling | HIGH-VALUE RESIDUE |
| Execute-first / Beast mode | none | REJECT |
The donor 26-gap and Foundational Intelligence sections contain cognition work that V1 almost entirely omitted. These should become research/evaluation capabilities, never an unbounded wisdom brain.
| Capability | Why it matters | Safe integration path |
|---|---|---|
| Uncertainty | Preserve UNKNOWN and decision confidence rather than forced answers. | Opportunity/Decision contract + IAR; outcome calibration. |
| Causal inference | Separate correlation from likely mechanism. | Research Swarm method to Capability Registry to N-Lab evaluation. |
| Counterfactual reasoning | Compare alternative actions/outcomes. | Opportunity strategy alternatives + scenario evidence. |
| Opportunity cost | Avoid locally good but globally wasteful work. | RICHIE portfolio prioritization + constrained capacity. |
| Game theory / Nash | Model competitors/partners/incentives without offensive manipulation. | Research/decision capability with explicit assumptions. |
| External/geopolitical risk | Represent regime/provider/supply changes. | Risk evidence source feeding World/Opportunity. |
| Strategic pivot detection | Detect persistent outcome drift or opportunity changes. | Outcome trends + RICHIE/VIBIN/BOB proposal. |
| Tacit knowledge extraction | Capture founder/operator judgment that changes decisions. | Founder continuity/research intake; proposal, not silent policy. |
| Cognitive load balancing | Protect founder attention. | BOB/VIBIN interrupt policy + NEEDS YOU lane. |
Psychology / persuasion boundary (source): Historical psychological profiling/persuasion concepts may be studied as decision or user-research inputs, but they do not justify deceptive, coercive or manipulative external actions. Governance and public-proof boundaries remain decisive.
| Step | Current primitive | V2 visual / operational meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Forecast | decision/recipe/model output + digest | What did we predict before the outcome? |
| Decision/run | mission + receipts | What action/path was actually chosen? |
| Outcome | neuruh.outcome-record.v1 | Observed result with PROCESS/BUSINESS/WORLD tier. |
| Attribution | DIRECT / SUPPORTED / ASSOCIATED / UNKNOWN | What can legitimately be credited? |
| Calibration | 017 ledger | How wrong/right was the prediction? |
| Learning proposal | 019 LUP | Content-bound candidate change; no mutation. |
| Governance | policy/authority review | May this candidate even be tested/promoted? |
| Evaluation | Factory/N-Lab | Baseline vs candidate on held-out/adversarial tests. |
| Canary | Canary Evaluation Ledger | Bounded real-world/shadow evidence. |
| Promotion | Promotion Gate + revision receipt | Only authorized change becomes effective state. |
The integrated system should not be desktop-only. Existing donor and Neuruh lineage supports a single mission/context identity moving across founder desktop, mobile, field evidence and external connectors.
| Channel / surface | Existing lineage | V2 role |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile founder command | Founder Command compact / Phantom Deck lineage | NOW/NEEDS YOU/mission status/voice capture on phone. |
| Voice input | Presence + Signal Vault voice-note lineage | Objective/evidence intake; same mission identity. |
| Photo / field evidence | Field Pins / Plat-Lab / SPOT-CHECK lineage | Attach location/time/source evidence to case/opportunity. |
| Document/file intake | AutonomousDirector donor + Estate/Research pipeline | Hash/dedupe/classify/route. |
| Email/SMS/social | TINKA/provider connectors | Governed external action with consent/policy. |
| Browser/computer | Connector/computer execution lane | Governed tool capability; receipts required. |
| Physical mail | historical channel donor | Future explicit provider + authority contract. |
| 3D/geospatial | Spatial Organism + World maps | Property/territory/world interaction. |
| Voice cloning / identity rotation | historical donor | REJECT by default; consent/safety boundary. |
V1 centered founder Cockpit. The larger system also needs explicit boundaries for tenant/client experiences, public proof and developer/plugin distribution. One organism, multiple projections.
| Surface | Owner / lineage | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Founder/private command | Cockpit + Presence | Can observe private estate; action still governed. |
| Client World | Client Galaxy + product UI | Tenant-scoped read; no cross-tenant leakage. |
| World static/white-label projection | World Emitter | Content/theme projection, not authority. |
| Public Neuruh | neuruh-web | Public-safe manifest/proof; no private runtime claims. |
| Public contracts / vocabulary | Public Commons | Safe reusable rails; routing intelligence remains private. |
| Developer/plugin distribution | Sovereign Agent Starter + TINKA | Exports public-safe capabilities/contracts, not private organs. |
| Commercial front door | Neuruh RE / offer surfaces | Cashier/intake separate from fulfillment/outcome proof. |
| Proof / receipt cards | Public proof / customer portal lineage | Expose bounded evidence without leaking internals. |
V1 listed the major real-estate organs but did not integrate the contracts that make World 1 operational. V2 treats these as core World state.
| Current RE primitive | Why it matters to SREIC visual/runtime | V2 visualization |
|---|---|---|
| Opportunity Genome / Case | Cross-cuts identity, evidence, market, risk, economics, strategy. | Primary case object; not a lead card. |
| Canonical 30 recipe lineage | Multiple opportunity theses may be true simultaneously. | Recipe membership lattice / why matched. |
| Independent eligibility producer (open) | Separates eligibility from rank/primary display. | UNKNOWN/open gate until source court. |
| Recipe receipts | why-matched / why-ranked / next-best-evidence. | Evidence drawer and mission next action. |
| Canonical QuerySpec | One result contract for count/list/map/export/saved-search/watch. | All visual filters compile through same query semantics. |
| Facts overlay | assessed/tax/probate/absentee/etc. with UNKNOWN preserved. | Property evidence layers, not inferred labels. |
| Identity/contact/party | Who/what entity is actually connected to the property. | Entity graph with confidence/provenance. |
| DNC/consent boundary | Contact data is not permission. | External-action gate visible on case. |
| LandOS/constraints | Parcel/zoning/physical evidence. | Terrain/parcel/constraint spatial lens. |
| UnderwriteX/DealOS | Value/strategy alternatives. | Scenario branches and economic paths. |
| Buyer/disposition | Exit route / market demand. | Demand graph / disposition path. |
| Commercial fulfillment | order/intake/payment/job/delivery/outcome. | World outcome and economic tape. |
Modern SREIC navigation (source): MAP / SIGNAL FIELD → PROPERTY / ENTITY → OPPORTUNITY CASE → RECIPE ELIGIBILITY + WHY MATCHED + UNKNOWN → EVIDENCE / NEXT-BEST-EVIDENCE → ACQUIRE | CAPITAL | DEVELOP | OPERATE | EXIT | REJECT → MISSION DAG / AUTHORITY / EXECUTION → DISPOSITION / DELIVERY / OUTCOME / CALIBRATION
Preserve without activating. Rejected or held concepts remain in donor provenance because they explain architecture history and can serve red-team/security analysis. Preservation is not adoption.
| Concept | Disposition | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare edge sovereignty mesh | DONOR / fresh infrastructure court | Potentially useful but current perimeter/deployment ownership must be compared first. |
| Dynamic Pricing Oracle | RESEARCH / bounded experiment | Pricing cannot self-change without outcome evidence and commercial authority. |
| Capital formation / tokenization / DAO | RESEARCH / HOLD | Legal, securities, provider and authority dependencies unresolved. |
| Physical-digital/smart property | RESEARCH | Potential future World capability; no present runtime proof. |
| 10k worker / agent marketplace | RESEARCH / capacity thesis | Logical scaling model, not current live count. |
| Autonomous contracting | HOLD / default deny | Consequential legal/financial action requires explicit authority. |
| Voice cloning without consent | REJECT | Identity/consent risk. |
| Stealth domain/identity rotation | REJECT | Deceptive/evasive behavior. |
| Competitor disruption / infiltration | REJECT | No offensive/deceptive authority. |
| Beast/execute-first self-evolution | REJECT | Violates custody, independent court and promotion law. |
V1 overfocused the newly recovered Kimi dashboard. Current canon already identifies a much larger visual donor genome. V2 requires one component-harvest court across all of it.
| Visual donor | Unique value to harvest | Target |
|---|---|---|
| Spatial Organism V4 | truth-backed 2D/3D organism + lenses + continuity | Cockpit core |
| Founder Command A/B | focus/mission/compact layouts | Cockpit operator UX |
| Galaxy | relationship/lineage graph | Cockpit/Galaxy |
| FHUND | signal-field / opportunity-terminal visual grammar | World discovery / map |
| JARVIS donor | intent/command-bar grammar | Presence/Copilot UX only |
| Field Pins | field/mobile evidence grammar | RE/field Worlds |
| Plat-Lab / SPOT-CHECK | geometry + human-verification interaction | Spatial evidence Worlds |
| Demand Radar | ranked opportunity card grammar | Opportunity/RICHIE views |
| Sorceit | local market / sourcing visual grammar | World/market views |
| ReAuditor / Aegis | evidence drawer, contradictions, risk/claim badges | Proof/case views |
| Workflow/Framework Printer / War Room | current to future state maps, KPI/escalation | Workflow Worlds / build views |
| Proposal/Qualifier | intake to scope to proposal flow | Commercial front doors |
| Goldmine/BBA | acquisition-fit / target object | Business acquisition World |
| Outcome/receipt cards | delivery proof and what changed the decision | Outcome/Proof views |
| Kimi SREIC | Legion cards, 3D glyphs, map/activity visual energy | SREIC visual skin; replace fake state |
Visual truth court (source): A component can be visually aggressive while remaining epistemically strict: no hardcoded revenue, random activity, fake agent counts, invented health, or animation-triggered state. The visual engine may dramatize an observed transition; it may never create the transition.
| Phase | Primary action | Why this is now the right order |
|---|---|---|
| 0. Court current candidates | AXON PMLA/ContextMux, Atomic Registry, Research Swarm PR. | Close source/custody before new bindings. |
| 1. Existing-contract census | Cockpit dataset/operating model, Worlds, Workers, Outcome, state/revision. | Prevent duplicate schemas. |
| 2. Spatial enrichment | Extend current objects/events/lenses for missing World/swarm/economic/state fields. | Use the already-built visual substrate. |
| 3. World 1 binding | Bind full RE Opportunity/Recipe/QuerySpec/case machinery into World lens. | Make SREIC real rather than cosmetic. |
| 4. Signal/Research intake | Estate Office to Research Swarm + source adapters. | Turn external/donor sensing into governed opportunities. |
| 5. Capability topology | World/case/mission references to capability + worker lease projections. | Replace permanent legion architecture. |
| 6. World Factory tape | World spec to Factory court to World Emitter to client/public preview. | Prove reuse instead of another app. |
| 7. Learning closure | Outcome to 017 to 019 to N-Lab to Canary to Promotion to revision. | Safe recursive improvement. |
| 8. Autonomy calibration | Action-class ceilings from evidence/outcomes, governed per World/tenant. | Restore useful donor autonomy without Beast mode. |
| 9. Full visual genome harvest | Recover strongest components from all proven donors. | Restore richness lost in stripped views. |
| 10. Second-World proof | Repeat same substrate with another domain and real outcome. | Prove organism generality. |
First implementation mission after V2 (source): Produce a field-level comparison of the donor/Kimi/SREIC visual and World requirements against the current Cockpit neuruh.spatial-organism.v4, neuruh.operating-model.v1, Workers/Switchboard mission/receipt contracts, Opportunity Case, N-Cell/effective-state and World Emitter specs. The output is an adapter/extension plan, not a new schema by default.

Neuruh becomes the shared organism; Presence is its Copilot face; Cockpit/Galaxy is its observable nervous system; Worlds are domain-scale bodies assembled from shared organs; Workers are its elastic swarm; Governance/Sentinel/HONEY are its authority and custody reflexes; Outcome/calibration is its learning loop; Research Swarm is the membrane that continuously discovers what the organism should learn or build next; Spatial Host makes the whole thing navigable and alive without becoming the source of truth.

Walk the blueprint the way an operator would: ruling first, counts second, then World, event, and court. Use the buttons to step through, or jump to any section from the contents.
Draft a blueprint intake the way the source requires: mission identity, World, thesis, source custody, owner, evidence, authority and outcome contract. The completeness meter counts only the eight required fields below. Nothing here writes to any repo, deploys anything, or grants authority. It is a planning record you can share by link.
0% complete (0 of 8 required fields).
The link encodes this intake plus the three calculator inputs in the URL hash (#d= base64 JSON). Opening it restores the same state. No data leaves the browser except through the link you copy.
